It’s a pretty good electrolyte blend. Usually, when drinking electrolyte blends from here you get a artificial chalky aftertaste, unfortunately you still get that here but it is very subtle, the lemon and lime flavour reminds me of a lemon and lime calippo which for me is a plus. Definitely helped me get through my workout. If your serious about fitness, i would recommend giving this a try.

Don’t get me wrong, it smells like the pink lemonade Lucozade but tastes like raspberry ripple protein powder, not like the pink lemonade I’d expect. Far too sweet for a lemonade drink.

I brought the pineapple on a recommendation (I prefer savoury this, I need a cup of tea to wash down a little chocolate and I drink little outside of hot drinks and water). This being said love pineapple. It is sweet but not over bearing. I use one water shaker and yes it has stained the bottle when it’s been left in it for some time and not immediately drank. You put the powder in the water and no, it does not fully dissolve straight away. It will. Be patient, in a few minutes it will. The colour actually lessons over an hour as well almost going clear again!
It hydrates well. There is no chalky taste.
It is pricey if not on offer.
