Great quality stuff. Very useful that it is inform sport approved as I know I am following one guides set out by BWL about what supplements I am allowed to take whilst competing in competition.

Being relatively new to protein power, I’ve been exploring the relatively small collection of supplements avaliable on Informed Sports.
Whilst it’s always better to hit you Macro goals through eating natural foods, for days when you can’t or you’d like to add that extra bit of protein in your shake, food this is the best I’ve tried to date.
As with most it’s pretty dire tasting with just water but with milk it’s rather good. Can also be mixed with some homemade meals… mixed into some sauces is an easy and unnoticeable way.
I’d recommend for sure.
