Impact Whey Gainer: practical guide for training, recovery, and everyday nutrition
Impact Whey Gainer is listed as a Protein supplement. Below is a realistic, label-first guide to how people typically use products in this category, what to look for, and how to fit it into a sensible health and fitness routine.
Price (at time of import): $31.99
What it is
Impact Whey Gainer is a sports nutrition product sold to support common fitness goals such as meeting daily nutrition targets, improving training consistency, and making intake more convenient. Exact ingredients, allergens, and nutrition values vary by flavour and batch—always verify on the product label before use.
Who it’s for (and who should be cautious)
- Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone wanting a convenient way to support their overall intake.
- Use extra care: anyone with kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or those taking prescription medications. If unsure, ask your GP or pharmacist.
How to use it in a “real life” routine
Use the label directions as your starting point. If this is your first time using this type of product, start with the smallest suggested serve and see how you feel for a few days before increasing.
- Around workouts: many people take sports nutrition products pre- or post-training for convenience.
- On rest days: use it only if it helps you hit your daily targets (for example, protein or total calories).
- With food: it’s fine to pair with whole-food meals—think fruit, yoghurt, oats, or a balanced lunch.
What to check on the label before you buy
- Serving size: compare “per serving” and “per 100 g” so you’re not misled by scoop sizes.
- Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts (varies by product).
- Added stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine, sugar alcohols, or certain sweeteners.
- Third-party testing: if you compete in sport, look for independent testing or informed-sport style certification where available.
Evidence-informed expectations
Supplements can be helpful, but the big drivers of results are still: consistent training, adequate sleep, enough total calories (not too little), and enough protein and fibre from food. Think of Impact Whey Gainer as a convenience tool—not a shortcut.
Practical recommendations to get better results
- Set a clear goal: fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. Your supplement choice should match the goal.
- Prioritise protein distribution: aim to spread protein across meals rather than “all at dinner”.
- Strength train progressively: track lifts and aim for small improvements (load, reps, or form) over time.
- Support recovery: hydration, fruits/vegetables, and a consistent bedtime often outperform “extra” supplements.

I’ve tried multiple protein powders, weight gainers etc. Most have a horrible after taste and make me feel so bloated. Now this stuff, i got the choc flavour and it bangs. had it with milk and a banana and it was lush. 10/10

I recently purchased the Whey Gainer Protein Supplement, and I must say, it always exceeded my expectations! As someone looking to build muscle and increase mass, I needed a high-quality supplement that provides the right balance of protein, carbs, and essential nutrients—and this product delivers.
The taste is fantastic and it blends smoothly with both water and milk. Unlike other gainers I’ve tried, it doesn’t leave a chalky texture or clumps when mixed in a shaker.
I’ve noticed steady muscle gain and improved recovery post-workout. The high-calorie content is perfect for those struggling to meet their daily intake, and it provides a great energy boost before or after training.
*Digestibility It’s easy on the stomach, with no bloating or discomfort
*Value for Money: For the quality and results, this supplement is worth every penny! It’s a great investment for anyone serious about bulking up.
Highly recommend this Whey Gainer for anyone looking to build muscle, boost recovery, and increase overall strength. Will definitely be purchasing again!

Very solid flavour, tried chocolate as well and this one pairs well with whole milk, results showing already

The shake is really good and tastes delicious. The chocolate smooth flavour goes really well with whole milk and ends up tasting like a chocolate milkshake. Would recommend 2 scoops instead of 3.

Have 6 scoops of this a day. I like to have 3 servings off 2 scoops split in the day. Stay consistent with doing this along side eating correctly consistently. Make sure you’re smashing the gym and you will see big gainz. Since taking this I’ve recieved so many compliments off people. GET ON THIS TM.

great gainer, but I purchased the chocolate flavour hoping for a standard bland chocolate protein shake flavour. it is absolutely packed full of sweetener and it’s almost impossible to drink, but other than this it does work well

I strongly advise against purchasing this product or engaging with this company.
This review addresses a monumental failure on two fronts: product quality and customer service.
Product Quality is Unacceptable
The core product itself is deeply flawed. Despite being marketed as a high-calorie blend, the actual powder is lumpy, contains large, hard, unmixable particles, and the flavor profile is clearly incorrect and unpleasant. It is physically difficult to consume and falls far short of any basic standard for a sports nutrition supplement. The product is essentially unusable, failing to deliver on the fundamental promise of quality or effectiveness required for strength and size goals.
Compounded by an Incorrect Delivery
Making matters worse, the order was incorrectly fulfilled. My requirement was for two Impact Gainers and one Advanced Gainer, but I was mistakenly sent two Impact Gainers and one Hard Gainer. This error initiated a chain of communication that quickly became a service nightmare.
The Service Ordeal: Two Weeks of Frustration
I have been trying to resolve this single issue, requesting a credit for the unusable products, for over two weeks. The customer support process has been utterly inadequate:
Delayed Responses: Communications from your team are consistently slow.
Repetitive Explanations: Every time a new team member responds, I am forced to explain the entire shipping error and product quality issue from scratch. I do not have the time or energy to continually detail this problem.
Unfulfilled Promises: A £10 goodwill gesture was offered early on, but has yet to be applied to my account.
Administrative Stall: Despite escalating the matter to the “Quality Team,” the department has only repeated that they are investigating, without providing any concrete timeline or resolution.
To summarise, I paid £54.08 for a defective product and have faced weeks of frustration simply trying to get the confirmed account credit applied. This demonstrates a significant lapse in service and respect for the customer’s time.
Final Verdict: I cannot recommend the Impact Whey Gainer due to its unacceptable quality, and more importantly, I cannot recommend purchasing from a company whose service process is this frustrating and ineffective.

It hides the fact that you need 3 1/2 scoops for one serving. Tastes chemically and disgusting. Would not recommend
