Price (at time of import): $151.99

What it is

Impact Whey Isolate Powder is a sports nutrition product sold to support common fitness goals such as meeting daily nutrition targets, improving training consistency, and making intake more convenient. Exact ingredients, allergens, and nutrition values vary by flavour and batch—always verify on the product label before use.

Who it’s for (and who should be cautious)

  • Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone wanting a convenient way to support their overall intake.
  • Use extra care: anyone with kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or those taking prescription medications. If unsure, ask your GP or pharmacist.

How to use it in a “real life” routine

Use the label directions as your starting point. If this is your first time using this type of product, start with the smallest suggested serve and see how you feel for a few days before increasing.

  • Around workouts: many people take sports nutrition products pre- or post-training for convenience.
  • On rest days: use it only if it helps you hit your daily targets (for example, protein or total calories).
  • With food: it’s fine to pair with whole-food meals—think fruit, yoghurt, oats, or a balanced lunch.

What to check on the label before you buy

  • Serving size: compare “per serving” and “per 100 g” so you’re not misled by scoop sizes.
  • Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts (varies by product).
  • Added stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine, sugar alcohols, or certain sweeteners.
  • Third-party testing: if you compete in sport, look for independent testing or informed-sport style certification where available.

Evidence-informed expectations

Supplements can be helpful, but the big drivers of results are still: consistent training, adequate sleep, enough total calories (not too little), and enough protein and fibre from food. Think of Impact Whey Isolate Powder as a convenience tool—not a shortcut.

Practical recommendations to get better results

  • Set a clear goal: fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. Your supplement choice should match the goal.
  • Prioritise protein distribution: aim to spread protein across meals rather than “all at dinner”.
  • Strength train progressively: track lifts and aim for small improvements (load, reps, or form) over time.
  • Support recovery: hydration, fruits/vegetables, and a consistent bedtime often outperform “extra” supplements.

  1. Arpan

I bought this second time in the first one mixability was good but in the second one it’s really bad

  2. Kieran

Bought salted caramel and tasted nothing like it. Disappointed

  3. Rose

I usually buy the Matcha latte whey isolate but it wasn’t available so I decided to try the Americano. All I can say is that the taste was awful, it has a chalky texture and too bitter it’s just unpleasant.

  4. Matt D

Accidentally bought 100 quid’s worth of the “from fermentation” stuff – do not make the same mistake. It doesn’t mix and tastes absolutely flippin diabolical. Mine is for the bin.

  5. Lexi_fox

I’ve tried lots of whey isolate flavours and Americano is by far my favourite (followed by natural chocolate) I love it that it is not sweetened. I usually mix with 50/50 water&milk and it tastes incredible. Please do not discontinue Americano and add more less sweet flavours.

  6. JL

I buy the unflavoured version fairly regularly. It seems like there are two different suppliers – some batches mix really easily, settle quickly, and end up almost clear. Other batches stay foamy, take hours to settle, are opaque, and taste way less isolated. Please sort it out.

  7. Edward

I have been buying the unflavoured whey isolate for years and something has changed in my most recent purchase – the consistency of the powder is different where it is much more clumpy and difficult to break down. It actually gets caught in the THG/my protein shaker metal so not able to action consume a lot of the powder in the shaker and what doesn’t get caught is in clumps and very unpleasant to drink. Not sure what has happened but this is last time I will buy this product unless I am aware of changes.

  8. Hannah

I like mixing the Chocolate Brownie flavour with milk and it’s super duper delicious. Great for a late night snack or after a meal for me as I am an autistic individual who is a very picky eater and struggles to get enough dietary protein in. I also love the clear whey in the variety pack if your not a dairy sort of person.

  9. Referrer- Recovery-rh

I can’t count how many bags I’ve bought of this. Vanilla and milk chocolate are my favourite flavours. If you’re trying to keep calories down, double scoop with ice cold water makes a nice shake. I often put it in overnight oats. I did have a little miss with chocolate peanut butter. I found it VERY bitter and could get though it. Ended up binning about 2kg and going back to white chocolate.

  10. Kam

I recently bought the Whey Isolate ProteinChocolate Caramel and I’m really disappointed. Ever since I started using it, I’ve been experiencing a lot of bloating, gas, and an upset stomach. The smell and taste are fine, but the side effects make it hard to use. I’ve never had any issues with other protein powders before, so this was a waste of money for me. Definitely wouldn’t buy or recommend to anyone
