I have been struggling with PCOS for years and after 3 months of taking this inositol supplement 3 times a day I now have my cycle back after more than a year without it. PCOS symptoms are a lot less also.

These capsules have been a game-changer for me! I used to suffer from intense period cramps that would wake me up in the middle of the night and I struggled to find a painkiller that could truly relieve the pain, let alone help with everything else that comes with PCOS. But since taking these, my cramps have gone from unbearable to mild or even nonexistent.
I know everyone’s body is different, but for such an affordable price, they’re absolutely worth trying. Plus, I wasn’t even consistent with them and I still noticed results! Highly recommend.
