I used to have headaches very often due to low level of hemoglobin but since I started to take iron&folic acid I feel soo much better. I have very active lifestyle and this supplement helps me with tiredness and fatigue! And my hemoglobin is now on a healthy level!

These are amazing and gave me so much energy and allowed me to go through the day without feeling drowsy or tired as I usually would. Only downside is if I have them on an empty stomach I felt sick/ nauseous. Just take them with a meal and you’ll be fine 🙂

I have only been using them for a few weeks along with other MyProteins Alpha Men, I can honestly say I feel more alive and better in myself, not sure how much of this is down to the iron/folic acid or the supercharged multi vit. I know I’m taking them though as I’m reminded every time I go for a number two, it’s darker and has a metallic scent.

These are great tablets for boost your iron levels however as they contain folic acid just be careful if you mix with other supplements as you don’t want to take foo much folic acid supplements daily. But these are great if struggle with low levels and thinks like deficiency or anemia

I wish this had folate instead of folic acid as it’s problematic and unhealthy for half the general population! It would be a really great combo vitamin.

These taste so bad I just gagged and was nearly sick. It gets stuck in your throat even with water first. Or even tablet first water after. I can’t escape the quick dissolving feature these devil tablets bring. I can’t take it anymore. I have a fear of sick too so I’m traumatised from just gagging.
Whether these actually work: I have no idea. All I know is that you NEED to invest in a coating for them so others don’t have to experience the h*ll I do each night. I had these before and was sure this issue didn’t happen.
I cannot consume these anymore sorry MyProtein 🤎
