I found this bike to be very helpful. I use it as much as I can, especially with this weather, when I can stay in a cool house and still get the exercise I need, I cannot ride a bike around here, the area is too hilly,. arm exercise is good too, have not had as much time to use it a lot, but plan to do so all good Patricia
