Timing and coupons have been my way of buying from Myprotein. I got such a good deal on the EAAs that I bought two for myself and sent two to my son.
I have taken the fermented flavorless tablets in the past but I don’t recall much effect. Years later, I am trying again since getting back into bodybuilding.
As a senior, I find that protein is a premium to get enough of and figured that the EAAs might bridge the gaps between meals. After a couple of weeks, the flavor is not so bad after discovering that at least 12 oz of water is needed.
I feel a smoother more balanced metabolism without any crashes. The issue with EAAs is how to get a therapeutic dose without spending a lot of money. I currently take at least two doses daily; some may use up to five scoops. That’s a lot and a container will be gone in days. They run promos pretty regularly so look for the best price and buy these so you can have enough for at least a month or two.
The EAAs can ease digestion and absorption of proteins so I highly recommend this product to anyone who is active and works out. I especially recommend it to fellow seniors as we need more protein and this product is a good way to supercharge our efforts.

Every morning I mix a blender bottle of EAA, Creatine & Pre-Workout to drink on my way to the gym. I’ve tried 4 different flavors they all taste like the flavor they are supposed to.

The blue raspberry flavour is awful. It’s almost undrinkable.
It also leaves a bad smell in your water bottle that is next to impossible to get out.
It does not mix very well with a spoon. There is often still dry powder on the top of the water.
It does seem to help with energy though during a workout or during sports games but just don’t get this flavour

Taste is good. These mix up pretty well over about 5 minutes. Use them before or during workout to keep your energy and strength up and not lose muscle when working intensely for long periods of time.

Works well, mixed well with water. My only complaint is 2/3 flavours of lemonade and blue raspberry weren’t too good. Lemonade is chalky and dull taste and blue raspberry same but has a gross tangy artificial taste. Peach rings are the winner, i’ll stick with that instead of gambling on other flavours.

The taste isn’t quite snowcone but I love it. Mixing and drinking it feels like a fresh electrolyte drink, not chalky. It tastes a lot better than the BCAA counterpart, so I recommend it!
