I’m not a fan of adding creatine to foods. The capsules are easy enough to swallow but the taste isn’t great.
Noticed an improvement after a week of taking them regularly.

I felt much more energised after started taking one tablet every morning.
In the beginning I felt dryness in my mouth but just increase my water intake. Now I drink more water as a result too.

once I found my protein sell them with more in the container I immediately purchased them, and keep purchasing them till this day.

It is too early for me to comment on the quality or effectiveness of this product as I only started taking them yesterday BUT one thing is clear – don’t use these for loading!! 4 tablets is about half of the recommended 5g so it feels really uncomfortable having to swallow that many tablets to get a). A normal serving and b). If you wanted to do the 20mg that would be something like 28 large tablets down your neck. No thanks!! I know this isn’t the current recommended dose, but loading guidelines do say a lot more, so if you wanted to take a standard dose then it is a lot of tablets, but if you wanted to load then it is pretty much impossible using this product. Also feeling pretty nauseous after just taking 7 so be aware that it might make you queasy for a bit…
